We are stock-taking 30-31 Jan 2025. Apologies if this slightly delays us dispatching your order. On the plus side, we're finding a few items that we thought were out of stock!

Office move (Suite 2)

We are currently in the process of moving out of part of our suite of offices (Suite 3), and all our operations will be from Suite 2 only from now on.  Visitors should enter via Suite 2, rather than Suite 3, which is just around the corner!  NB: We are having a clear-out, and have gone out stock of a few items, so please be patient while we restock!

Delivery charges

After five years of maintaining our standard delivery charge at £3.95, despite steep increases from Royal Mail and couriers, we have decided to increase our standard UK shipping charge by £1 to £4.95. We hope our customers will understand. Our free shipping threshold has also been raised to £150. NB: For very small orders such greetings cards, the reduced rate of £3.95 still applies.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email telling you how your order has been sent. Most orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail. Some are sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery - if you have been provided with a tracking number, you can track your order via: Royal Mail - https://royalmail.com/track-your-item.  Larger items may be sent by DPD courier - https://track.dpd.co.uk/
