Christmas stock now available!

Christmas stock has arrived! Nativity sets, Advent Calendars and Candles, Christmas cards, diaries and calendars.

NB: We are still waiting for some of our Calendars and desk diaries to arrive - keep a lookout, or click on the 'Notify me when this item is available' link - they will be available for pre-order a few weeks before they arrive.

Delivery charges

After five years of maintaining our standard delivery charge at £3.95, despite steep increases from Royal Mail and couriers, we have decided to increase our standard UK shipping charge by £1 to £4.95. We hope our customers will understand. Our free shipping threshold has also been raised to £150. NB: For very small orders such greetings cards, the reduced rate of £3.95 still applies.

We are stock-taking 31 Jan-1 Feb 2024. Apologies if this slightly delays us dispatching your order. On the plus side, we're finding a few items that we thought were out of stock!

Cenacle last recommended ordering dates for Christmas*:

UK Standard Shipping: Tuesday 19th December 9am

Africa, Central and South America, Asia, Australia, Bulgaria, Caribbean, China (People’s Republic), Far and Middle East, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain: Friday 8th December**

We can ship orders after these dates, but your parcel will probably arrive after Christmas.

*Please note that these are based on recommended posting dates from Royal Mail and DPD, and are not guaranteed
**Please note that due to customs clearance requirements, orders may take longer in some cases

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email telling you how your order has been sent. Most orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail. Some are sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery - if you have been provided with a tracking number, you can track your order via: Royal Mail - https://royalmail.com/track-your-item.  Larger items may be sent by DPD courier - https://track.dpd.co.uk/
